Big room, clean, very enthusiastic staff

The first time at the exquisite hotel in Ha Long, I felt that a room space seemed very okay. There was nothing to complain about from the ground up to the room.

Not cleaned thoroughly. Trash bin still has condoms. No tissue. Sink looks old and dirty after being washed for a long time. Poor soundproofing, but breakfast is ok. 2/5

I was fined 100 for smoking hiccc. Partly because I didn't read the notice at the counter and also checked in, the receptionist advised me about the rules so I don't know 🥲🥲

Traveling and just wanting to sleep in the room is better than going out 😭😭😭

Hotel is clean. Breakfast is basic, but around the hotel there is nothing. You need to get a taxi to the bay area, which is 10 minutes away.

The actual room and the pictures on the app are 90% the same. The room is clean and comfortable, the hotel is quiet, suitable for couples or families. The staff is also friendly and cheerful, I asked the kitchen to put the lunch box and the bag of squid rolls in the kitchen refrigerator and they were very enthusiastic to help. Breakfast is also ok, the kitchen lady also asked me if I wanted anything else to fill my stomach, 10 VND. Unfortunately, I arrived when the hotel was repairing the terrace and jacuzzi, so I couldn't go upstairs to enjoy the view. If I go to HL again, I would still choose this hotel, it's worth the money.

Breakfast has few dishes but good quality, location near the center is very convenient to move around. Although the room does not have a sea view but only a sea view. Service is ok. Room soundproofing is poor

We paid for a double room with a window. The window das opening in a storage room, no fresh air at all. Instead of one double bed they joined twin beds and they didn't put sheets, just 2 blankets thrown on top of them. The bathroom was dirty as the rest of the room. We asked for the pool and the terrace and they were also closed. We went for breakfast and they didn't make new coffee, they gave us instant coffee for us to make. The only positive point is that staff was very polite but didn't understand a word if English. The one who spoke English asked for my number to help and never got in touch. The area around is completely deserted, just empty buildings. Definitely not recommended

Although reopened after storm number 3, the room is clean, staff is friendly, food is ok

The hotel is nice, location is ok & the staff are friendly and very helpful.
