Excellent location in downtown Budapest. The Front desk staff was very courteous and answered many of our questions. The room was clean and well appointed with the necessary bath products. We stayed in the apartment side that had a Nespresso machine, an Electric teapot, and coffee/teas. The room was also very spacious. The bed was a bit soft, but linens were divine.

Great location right in the middle of Budapest within walking distance from all the main sites, easy to get to from and to the airport by local transport, breakfast buffet was diverse and fresh throughout, cleanliness and overall look and feel of the premises were spot on. A couple of reception staff did not appear to be too friendly when walking through reception and during check out, perhaps they were having a bad day but maybe something to consider if you want a big friendly smile to greet you when arriving or leaving.

A nice hotel, located in the heart of the city. The suites are spacious and comfortable. The stuff and the management went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

Amazing suite with modern and new facilities. It’s in a perfect location to walk to all the Xmas markets and sites. Really appreciated the laundry racks to wash our clothes and dry them in the room. The bathroom had a lingering smell as with all European bathrooms we have seen so far.

The hotel is in a perfect location and central to everything. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a suite, which was a treat. It was spacious and well equipped. It was a bonus that it inclided a washer-dryer. Breakfast was really good as well. Cant say enough about this property.
