Hot tub was great.

我們預約了這所酒店就是想感受一下度假的氣氛。整體來說，酒店的配套非常不錯，不過員工的態度有待改善。 非常之值得讚許的事有： 1. 酒店房間非常之漂亮，例如有私隱度高的按摩浴池在非常之大的陽台，有額外淋浴間，廁所乾濕分離，有微波爐，房間亦有舒適寬大的梳化和電視以及兩張大床，裝修非常美觀，很有度假的感覺。酒店亦有提供浴鹽，按摩池也非常好用。因為我們預約了海景房間，景觀除了可以望到酒店內有格調的游泳池及休憩區之外，亦可以與距離看到沙灘，景觀非常好。 2. 酒店的B1樓層停車場非常方便，乘搭升降機便可以直接到接待處以及居住樓層。 3. 有部份友善的員工，例如剛好拜託職員致電取消餐廳，或者借筆，都非常熱情友善地提供協助。 值得改善的是： 1. 酒店的職員態度有點參差，例如我們買了一些無法直接放進微波爐的食品，想問酒店借一借盤子，酒店職員不知是語言不通還是直接態度不友善問題，直接一句「No」我們就作罷。這有點印象不好。 2. 酒店有提供welcome drink，不過其他酒店會有人手調飲料，例如可以喝茶類飲品，不過這邊酒店則只有咖啡機以及Soft drink Machine，沒有茶類，而且限定客人不能將飲料拿上房間享用，有點不方便。 3. 停車場每個車位比較偏小，泊車技術要求需要比較高超。而且兩部升降機的size都較小，早上如果到接待處check out需要等1-2輪。 4. 不知道為什麼酒店範圍的上網都比較差，不論是自己日本電話卡還是酒店Wi-Fi，上網都會有點卡。參考的是，我的日本電話卡在沖繩其他地方使用是挺順暢的。 整體來說我會給予四星的評價，主要我覺得大部份硬件的改善之處都是小問題，但是反倒是職員的質素參差真的是需要改善，不然會浪費了本來酒店的優良條件。

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you opt out of every day cleaning, you recieve a 1000yen voucher to spend at the restaurant or gift shop, which was fun. There are free different flavor bath salts, and a self-serve bar and coffee mixing station. The room was huge, clean and has lots of bits to make you feel welcome and relaxed. We never heard any of our neighbors, and the bed & pillows were amazing. There were two ACs in the room, so yiu can keep the room cool or keep the balcony door open for warm sea air. A bit of a shame that the pool closes at 6 (during the off season when we went), but that was the only downside.

We stayed for our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room is clean and huge! We love the huge tub outside our room. Our whole family of 4 can fit into the tub! Everyday we have clean towels and a round of clean water. The front desk team is friendly and always ready to answer our queries. There are only 2 front desk kiosk. So if you come at the peak hour to check-in, the queue will be slow. For light sleeper, there's a tiny green light above our beds. I read someone talks about it on other reviews too. It is probably a smoke detector. If you are a light sleeper like me, you will have difficulty falling asleep. I stared at the green light for 3hours. Could have cover the light with a small dark tape/ sticker. The curtains dont close fully, bring some clothe pegs to clip it. The food at the Chinese restaurant is so-so. The chef probably use alot of MSG. Feel free to drive out for dinner or walk over to their sister hotel- Kafuu hotel (next door) for dinner.

Amazing resort. Loved all the free amenities (salt bath, unlimited alcohol, free drinks in the fridge). Not convenient to go to the beach very steep hill to go up and down to walk around from. Would be better if there was a pathway from the resort that can cut through.

Nice room and friendly staff but it's quite difficult to find the hotel ! Only one restaurant to choose ! Traffic congestion is quite severe !

We stayed here for our 13th wedding anniversary and while the facility is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous, we canceled our return family trip because of the rude front desk agent upon my check in. I stood in the lobby looking around and he just stood there. No welcome, no greeting. I walked around looking for the front desk, only to discover in fact I was at the right place originally. When the clerk finally called me over, there was no smile or greeting again. This place is not cheap, and while we have no issue spending the money for quality places - service will always be top priority. Very disappointed as this is not the norm in Japan. The facility is beautiful but that first impression ruined it for me. I am a go to source for places to visit here, and I will not be recommending this place anytime soon.

The hotel is perfect, very spacious room with fabulous jacuzzi. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and tasty. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Okinawa again.

部屋はとても綺麗で清掃が行き渡ってました。2階でもしっかり海が見え景観は最高です。スタッフの方もとても親切で質問に丁寧に答えてくださったりコインランドリーも直接案内してくださったり、朝食会場でもお皿がなくなって声をかけたらすぐに持ってきてくださったり、どのフロアにいても皆さんが丁寧でした。朝食は中華バイキングですが沖縄料理もたくさんあり、どれも美味しかったです。事前に電話で子供用のパジャマ、スリッパ、歯ブラシをお願いしていたので、到着時には用意されていました。とても快適に過ごせました。プールもあったので次は夏に来たいと思います。

ナビが途中で終わるので　到着迄手間取った。最後の一つ前あたりに看板を是非ぜひ。中華系の朝食良し。2連泊して朝のお粥を違って楽しめた。お風呂とジャグジーも快適に楽しんだ。部屋が広くて、ベランダ、風呂、玄関、トイレの音が遮断されて　本当に快適なホテル。

今回私たち夫婦と息子夫婦と孫３人で2部屋予約させて頂きました。 どちらの部屋もとても広くて綺麗でアメニティーも充実していて、とても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 スタッフさんの対応も丁寧でわかりやすくとても親切に対応して頂きました。ありがとうございます。 また、沖縄旅行に行く予定がある時はまた利用させていただきたいと思います。
