My recent stay at Element Dar es Salaam was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with every amenity you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The on-site facilities were top-notch. The pool and restaurant was the highlight of my stay—pure luxury! Breakfast each morning was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The location was ideal, close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. I felt truly cared for during my stay, and I can't wait to return. Element hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star experience!"

Kept extending at the Element in Dar. It was convenient, excellent service we had the Premier suite on the 3rd floor. It was excellent. Food good and although no balcony it was in easy access to The Slipway shopping centre and staff so obliging with Uber pick up and taxi. Reception and waiters and especially cleaners do an excellent job..mainly a business hotel however we were a private vacation visit and we are returning and would again any time we are in Dar. Excellent.

Comfortable hotel with great service, cheerful and obliging staff. Sarisfactory food offerings for most tastes. Not a great deal around the hotel in terms of eating out but enough to keep you amused over a couple of days stay.

The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. Lots of smiles, so that was nice. There is not much to do in the area outside of the hotel..

Excellent place to stay for an extended stay. The room was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Close to great restaurants and easy to get around by foot.

Comfortable & Clean hotel. Fairly modern. Enjoyed the suite, as it had a small kitchenette. Great view of the sea. Missed being at a hotel on the beach, but the hotel made up for it. Would probably return

I thought food on this trip was average. Getting change in TZ is a challenge. The King Suite room exceeded my expectations. Good location and Khadija was outstanding. She made my trip golden.

it was clean, good customer service. Nice location. Hair dryer was strong, chef was very accomodating for breakfast, I ask for vegetarian no onion and garlic as the vegetarian dishes outside all had onion, chef remade and personalised it, which made me feel very welcome. Pool and Gym was comfy

Ok friendly staff clean menue does not change drinks double the price of out side
