Lack of varieties of breakfast, Thanks

The 2-bedroom premier is very cosy. Really felt at home - dining table for family, cutleries (no need to buy disposable ones), washing machine & dryer and many more. Staffs are friendly and will make an effort to acknowledge you when you return there (was greeted with ‘welcome back’). Both of our toilets bidet were leaking and it were changed immediately after our feedback to the hotel. They never missed housekeeping (even when you pressed the ‘makeup room’ switch in the late noon). Would be great if shopping malls are within walking distance though you can easily order a ride from there. Nevertheless, we are truly impressed by everything else there and will definitely be returning soon.

New hotel and very well maintained cleanliness. Complete facilities include washing machine + refrigerator + iron. Highly recommended to try, can get a really good photo of the twin towers on the 99th floor sky view. We will come back if we go to Malaysia. Thanks Ascot star Klcc.

So far lokasi, uk kamar dan suasana bagus semua, tp kamar mandi agak ada bau dan air panas suam kuku aja, breakfast standard banget dan tidak banyak pilihan, jadi next pilih non breakfast aja.

It's great to be able to stay at Ascott KL, a very extraordinary place.

It's amazing, strategically located in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Very close to the Petronas towers so you can see it from the hotel room. If you walk only about 5 minutes. Around the hotel there are also malls and various restaurants as well as street food. The facilities in the room are also complete, there is a kitchen to a washing machine plus a dryer so you don't have to worry about dirty clothes. The swimming pool is the most spectacular because it is on the top of the building with a view of the Petronas Tower.
