Nice one bedroom apartment with balcony. Very modern building ( inside) which probably had been renovated. Spotless clean, comfortable. Location is great but it is noisy as the window are not top quality soundproof. Many restaurants around and the noise come right into the bedroom, including the around 6am probably garbagge collectors on the street, street cleaning and for us loud construction rugh in front of our first floor bedroom. I wish they had better sound proof windows as the rest of the small apartment is very good. There is no service, you never meet or see anyone but thats ok. The scent in the corridor is too strong. They key system to open the building door and apartment door is very good as you can simply use your phone ( or a code) as your key. Overall a good place to stay if you dont mind the noise till 11pm and from 6am.

The good: - great location - good service - good and prompt communication The bad - above a very noisy restaurant, people were screaming and yelling until late at night - the washer machine sound is extremely loud, like nothing I have ever heard. - there was a really bad smell in the hallway, like garbage mixed with something burnt.

We booked two apartments for our family of five. Check in process was smooth, they email you the code for the enterance and the door. The place was very clean. The location was excellent, being close/ walking distance to train station (25 minutes walk) and dining. It came with washer, microwave and basic kitchen utensils. Everything was great. The only bothersome thing was the fish smell in the stairways from the restaurant below and the noise from cleaning machines outside at the night. Obviously, the owner has no control over either. Overall, great experience.

This apartment was truly out of this world! Amazing views of Granada, super super clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! The location is perfect, with walking distance to everything you want to see in Granada! It felt like a second home to us and we will truly miss it! Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful place, and I totally recommend to rent it! The whole check in and Check out works amazingly through the app ❤️❤️❤️ Can’t wait to visit Granada again 🥰👍
