Being in brampton we was told that it is in a high crime area however we seen zero crime and had no encounters that seemed unsafe. The location was amazing and so close to major roads that made it easy to travel around. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and when coming back to toronto I would book again.

Bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. It didn’t have complimentary tea & coffee 24/7 like other hotels. I did go to the complementary breakfast area although it was finished when I got there but was so happy to see Starbucks coffee available. Hotel very clean and lots of self parking available. Beautiful place overall.

Stayed two nights while attending the RBC Canadian Open. Very clean and well kept hotel with very very friendly staff. I would recommend to anybody for a short term stay.

I don’t feel like the room I received was the upgraded room to a bigger size. It felt small. I also didn’t appreciate that breakfast wasn’t complimentary. For as much as a room costs, breakfast seems like something that should be included.

Bathroom should have robes. Breakfast should be open at least 10.30 b/c everyone who stays there doesn’t come for the business meetings

This was one of the cleanest hotels ever. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend & will stay again if I’m in the area again.
