Super whimsical hotel, it was a lot of fun to stay here. And great hospitality, Nadine and everyone else we encountered was so friendly and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

What a unique and fun experience! Had everything we need to complete are Tofino vacation.

Only disappointing part was the restaurant and lounge were closed Monday and Tuesday which we didn’t know prior to getting there.

Hotel Zed was a very enjoyable stay. A few comments. I appreciated the pressed coffee offer but the check in person forgot to give me instructions on how to use it as I found out later that some were available. Also, I could not find a place to park when your hotel had the Garden Party on June 13th. I would think you would have had some dedicated spots available for your paying guests. Great hotel. Kids loved it. Lots of things to do. Will absolutely book again

Hotel is excellent and great value. The restaurant in the hotel (Roar) serves an excellent breakfast. Didn’t have dinner there so can’t comment on that. Staff are super friendly and quite attentive. Only one thing that may stop someone from going there, rooms don’t have AC so if you’re going in the summer that’s something to think about! Weather was cool while we were there so we had no issues.

The entire hotel was unlike anywhere we have ever stayed. It is the coolest experience, the coolest rooms and the coolest people (shoutout Wes)! It was so good I wish I’d booked the Victoria location for the rest of our stay. Worth it just to say you’ve stayed there.

We loved the Hotel Zed and only wished we could have stayed longer! There were only two things we didn't like: One, the very hard and large pillows on the beds, which need to be replaced or augmented with a smaller and softer choice. Two, the closing of the restaurant AND bar on Monday and Tuesday nights. I can understand the restaurant staff needing a day or two off, but not having a bar available was sad. It felt a little less like a vacation when we couldn't get a cocktail at the hotel after a day of travel and a day of hiking. Otherwise, loved the decor, the vibe, the location.

Great stay

Hotel Zed was fun and the retro vibe was lovely. We found our king room very cozy and spacious. The skylight was one of the highlights. The wash basin area was also chic and elegant. The hot tub, the sauna, the inlet, the video game room, the sun-drenched patio, and the walkable proximity to Chesterman beach for sunset are all reasons to stay here. The front desk staff was friendly and cheerful.

Beautiful and quirky hotel right across from the Chesterman beach area. Very close to Tofino and Ucluelet. Parking and excellent. Inlet behind property was gorgeous. I wish I could’ve spent more time there but I didn’t pack well and it was a little chilly with the wind. Highly recommend this property and would stay again if in the area. We stayed in the double queens room and it was spacious. One note: the bathroom is an open set up and you step out of the shower into the entry way. A little awkward if you aren’t close with your roommate but otherwise fine. Everything worked well and water heated up very well.

Place was wonderful for kids and dogs!

Great hotel. Elevator wasn’t working which made bringing bags up to 3rd floor cumbersome but not too bad.
