The most polite staff !!! So helpful beautiful room! Will stay here again

This is a wonderful hotel right on the canal in Nyhavn. Staff was so helpful and hotel was very clean.

The location was excellent… the building was well kept and the courtyard was great! Staff was helpful with any question we had… felt very safe

Our room was very modest and small, with a small fan for air movement. Bathroom not as large as the one on cruise ship we had just left! When we arrived, requested an early check -in at 1 pm and told not possible., to leave bags in unattended bag room and come back later. We were able to check in at 2 pm. Our check out the next day was at the posted 11 am. we had scheduled a boat cruise, which departed across the street, which was due back at 1050 pm. Asked if we could have an 11:15 check out and Miriam said not available. We overheard phone conversation of other guests calling for early check in as we were asking about the grace of 15 minutes for check out and Miriam told them that was available. Not sure if because we had a standard room or not preferred customers, but found the denial of 15 minutes unaccomidating. We rescheduled boat cruise at an additional cost to us and when we went for check out at 1055, no one at front desk.

Hotel bethel has an amazing location You can take the metro to the nearest station which is only a 5 minute walk away Easy walk or transport to any of the attractions Decent breakfast but nothing special

The hotel is at a great location- we could see the Nyhavn harbor from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and ice bucket is available on request. The room was also clean and neat. Would stay here again!

Location is just perfect. I will return my next time in Denmark.

Small but nice rooms, cozy lobby, accommodating staff.

The only problem was there was no air conditioning. With the windows open there was no airflow and the street below was noisy. They do have a fan which I would not have made it. Otherwise the hotel was very nice. It is in a good location with lots of good restaurants and shops.

We had a great stay here . The location is perfect and the staff is super friendly and accommodating . We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Hotel has a great location and is easy to find. It was very clean, and staff were helpful. The room was quite small for $300 CAD a night, but perhaps that is standard in Copenhagen. Bed was comfortable

Phenomenal location near the canal. If you’re looking for a reasonable hotel with a great staff and ideal location, this is it. No complaints whatsoever. No fridge in room nor AC, but we didn’t need either for our trip.
