Spotless room, comfortable bed, courteous staff, small but efficient gym

Lovely hotel, great staff (mostly), ideal room for us, convenient location.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the room was big and clean, and overall we had a great stay. Pros: great fitness room and lobby with games and tabels to sit and work from. Near by a mall, 15 mins walk from old city, 5 mins drive from the GwR station (Bristol Maple Meads). Cons: no safe in the room and no closet.

Staff are really helpful. Its a trendy cool hotel. We got a great price so its competitive with the likes of Premier Inn but its nicer. We like it and have stayed several times. We park across the road which is a little pricey £20 a night.

Boiling hot inside, no cool air. Also very noisy from outside when opening the window. Staff was nice.

Clean comfortable

The customer service was appalling at reception. I didn’t know where to park, the staff first suggested I could find a street somewhere to park in, not exactly what I wanted. When they eventually recommended somewhere, trying to get information from them about how to get to it was extremely difficult. I was a little stressed about the parking situation and pretty much focused on this, I forgot to get a receipt for my stay. They now won’t give me one retrospectively as I booked through Hotels.com, even though I paid at the venue. Additionally, I did notice other people being offered a welcome cocktail, this wasn’t something I was offered, I guess this is for the select few. I won’t be back

The staff were friendly and the room was modern and comfortable.

Loved everything. Shower was great, social area too. It was good to have a space to unwind with friends instead of just being locked in a room. Location is amazing too.

Room lovely!! Good location, car park opposite hotel. Breakfast was nice but be early as they ran out quickly and nothing left at 10am. Loved the bar and cocktails. Beds comfy. Would book again!

Warm welcome from Alfie at receptiom and all the staff exceptional!

The staff were really friendly and informative. On arrival we were offered a welcome cocktail and advised on breakfast, checkout times and other key information. The lobby was inviting and the building was very warm. The breakfast was suitable for those with dietary requirements, offering soya products and gluten free options. I would reccomend moxy to anyone as they really focus on the finer details. The only thing I could suggest to improve the rooms was there was not a set of drawers or shevlving to store clothes.
