Great location. Very well maintained and clean property. Very helpful staff.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but the hotel felt quite standard and did not particularly stand out. The room was clean and functional, but I found it a little dated and darker than I had expected. While the bed was comfortable enough, the room lacked the warmth and character that I experienced at some of the other hotels during my trip. The staff were professional and check-in was straightforward. I did not use the breakfast or bar facilities, so I cannot comment on those. One aspect that I found frustrating was the Wi-Fi setup. Rather than simply providing a password, guests are required to enter personal information before gaining access. As a result, I chose not to use it and relied on mobile data instead. A simple password-based system would have been much more convenient and is what many travellers now expect. Overall, the hotel felt quite corporate and generic. While there was nothing particularly wrong with the experience, there were few memorable touches or additional amenities that made it feel special. It served its purpose as a place to stay, but I would likely consider other options if returning to Hiroshima.

This was our favourite place we stayed in our Japan visit. Good spot- Walking distance to park hut we used bus which was very close. Nearby mall for other items. Very clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff that spoke excellent English. Great pool and spa pool/cold plunge. Enjoyed the buffet dinner. Beds was most comfortable great pillows and fully black out blinds!!! Such a comfortable stay.beautiful view out Of large windows from beautiful rooms.

Housekeeping missed our room somehow, but the manager on night duty made sure it was all sorted and taken care of as soon as possible. Other than this small hiccup, this was the best hotel we stayed at on this trip. Breakfast closes at 10am, but the Executive floor has breakfast open till 11am.

Good location and great service

Best hotel we had in Japan. Amenities were incredible and hotel rooms were generous and luxe.

Great location approximately 20-25 minute walk from Peace Memorial and Atomic Bomb Dome. Excellent restaurant. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

We starting to like our Hilton hotel stays, they set a pretty high standard. This was no exception. The hotel was pristine, the staff were great. Loved their pool and location. Wish we stayed here longer.

Rooms are very big compared to other hotels in Japan! Very helpful staff, no complaints about service. Breakfast buffet is okay, not a lot of options.

Well run hotel and excellent service

On our 2nd day, the sheets did not look change d, just straightened up and the carpet not vacuumed. We had to inform the front dest at night to make sure it does not happen again.Everything else was fine during oir stay.
