Huge rooms. Staff super friendly and a great bar with good food. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay in Hiroshima. The staff were absolutely wonderful.

Breakfast was amazing and staff in all departments very helpful concierge staff very knowledgeable and fitness room also very helpful.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing! We went to the restaurant with no reservation (we were only there for one night) and although they had a huge party attending that evening, Vincent went out of his way to help us get seated quickly, make sure we got our food and continued to check on us. He went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service. The restaurant had live music, excellent quality food and drinks and was a highlight of our trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was the best we stayed at on our 3 week trip.

Nice place, clean rooms and helpful stuff. Breakfast is good but really enjoyed it 22nd floor executive lounge.

This is located in the heart of Hiroshima. A beautiful, newer hotel with lots of amenities. The hotel has a big lobby so you won’t feel crowded. The rooms are clean and spacious and the location provides shopping and dining. The staff was helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this property.

The Hilton Hiroshima was a good place for a quick layover between cities. The amenities are more limited than other hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan. The staff was very helpful! The breakfast buffet was great for our family and kept us full through lunch.

Everything was awesome, very nice hotel!

From the moment we drove up and parked we enjoyed our stay. They have plenty of parking if you are driving in. There checkin staff was extremely helpful even assisted merging my old rewards account with my current reservation. The room was huge and clean. We enjoyed the bath and shower room. Room serverice was delicious. We didn't go to any of the restaurant or lounges as we were enjoying the city. We can't emphisis how amazing the staff was.

Great value for the quality of service, which was five stars. Breakfast/buffet area was crowded, but I think that was due to peak visitor season. No complaints. Outstanding staff!
