What a wonderful place and staff! I felt so welcome ! Was the perfect area , close enough , but not too close to the main road . One thing I would have have put on my wish list Would have been a coffee machine in my room or access to coffee earlier than 7:30 , and a better fridge . Yes the rooms are a bit dated , but the atmosphere , view and staff made up for it !!

Great location! very secluded. The rooms need a major upgrade. This could be such a wonderful place but some renovation is needed.

Interesting place as it is across the river and a short boat ride is required. They are very accommodating to get you back and forth. Great staff. Large cabana room with full kitchen. The cabins are rustic but reasonable for the price. Nice grounds with river view, tropical plants and beautiful iguanas.

Clean room, great staff airport shuttle

the room was not clean. the pillowcases were filthy. there was not a bug net as shown in property photos, i woke covered in bug bites from head to toe. i love dogs! but that doesn’t mean i want them barking from the porch of my cabin while i am trying to sleep. all that said, the staff members were kind and accommodating!

The property was run down and in terrible condition. Rooms had windows in terrible state of repair allowing insects and lizards in to the room. Bugs in the bed and on the sheets. We received many bites. If it weren’t for the very kind staff member we would have turned around and walked out, even if we had to forfeit the money paid!

Staff very welcoming. Evening cruise was a fun end to our trip.

No restaurant on the premises. Needed delivery by boat and it arrived 2 hrs after the order was made.

The staff was very friendly but the cabins do need some repair. It did the job being close to the airport was convenient.

The staff were absolutely amazing!!! We had to book as our plane was diverted to Belize. Our transportation was already waiting when we walked out of the airport. The location is so different, which we really loved. Having to take the little boat across the river was cool! The little cabana’s were very cute! Everything we needed plus more. We would stay there again for a few nights!!

Winderful staff, very accomodating. Rooms are simple but clean. You have to let them know you are coming so the can send the boat to puck you up.

Will stay there again in the future.

Pick up from airport costs money even though it states that it was free on expedia

Cute hotel, very quiet. Very convenient airport access. We will stay longer next time, and see some of the sights.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The property is a nature lover's dream-lots of birds.
