Staff was super friendly, the location was great. The floors in the condo were not very clean - I would have kept my shoes on if it was summer. The kitchen had no cutlery - it had everything to make a meal, but a bit disappointed there wasn't even a fork after I decided to stay in and cook. Be prepared to grab a few things at the dollar store.

Upon booking, I said that there would be four people sleeping in the room. One person would come but would leave later and then was charged for a policy fee because there were balloons in the room showing we had a party when it was the four guests that were originally supposed to stay.

The staff from the minute we arrived until we left were amazing. Friendly and always with a smile. The room was spacious and very clean. It is lacking some items such as liquid dish detergent, sheet pan, spatula, and a flipper would have been useful. We ended up staying an extra night and would definitely be a place we would book again if we were coming back to Ottawa.
