Great location offering stunning views of Grace Bay and easy beach access. We enjoyed using the resort bikes and the afternoon sailing on the Lady Grace. Restaurants were on the pricey side but overall quality of the food was very good. Outdoor bar was a nice place to hangout. Had an interesting cocktail list.

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in TCI for a week and had a fantastic time. The staff is very friendly, made us feel at home and were always available to answer our questions. The room was spacious and modern. The beach is beautiful and the water is crystal clear. The on site restaurant options were great. Casa Nonna has great food and the Noori lounge in addition to having excellent food also had live music on most nights. We will definitely be back.

The facility is clean. Beach and pool areas are beautiful and are well attended. We ate at the two on-site restaurants (BLT Steakhouse and Casa Nonna). The receptionists at both places were overwhelmed, slow in seating us and not warm even though the restaurants were not full. At Casa Nonna, our entrees arrived 1.5 hours after we sat down. We have been to several Ritz Carlton properties and always raved about the services. We felt this one was the least pleasant experience.

Staff on site was phenomenal. From the front desk to the bartenders to the pool and beach team, all were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was very nice and clean with a fantastic view of beautiful Grace Bay. I loved opening the panoramic glass doors to see the beautiful turquoise water and listen to the waves everyday. It was a perfect destination for our one year anniversary trip!

Woke up with bed bug bites in the morning. Spoke to management. They transferred us to a different room. Management claimed the beds were insected and nothing was found.

We loved our stay at the Ritz Carlton. Most of the staff were very helpful, some of the staff seemed a little bit bothered by asking questions or recommendations. The food quality, and all the restaurants was excellent. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful views of Grace Bay. The pool is heated, which is needed this time of year. The beach was beautiful, expensive with lots of chairs and great service. The water is a bit cold this time of year. The activities that the hotel can book for you are incredible. We went on jet skis and did the lady Grace half day boat tour with with a barbecue. Overall, highly recommend this resort.

Late check in (not unique to us, known issue - even some of the staff confided to us that it doesn't make for good client service), inconsistently trained staff (poolside folks were great, front desk looked genuinely bothered to assist. Had a bad experience at their Italian restaurant. BLT staff and service were great by contrast), HORRIBLE smell coming from what we assumed was a waste treatment machine or trash at the back of the property that had us holding our breath on the eighth floor while we waited for the elevator. Non existent WIFI. I tested it every day, never went above an anemic 2mbs that is just slightly better than the 3G on the island. NOISE. every night serenaded until 3AM by nearby nightclub that woke us up nearly every night. Still had fun, hard not to in T&C but if you are looking for a true Ritz experience, keep looking. Ritz HQ needs to come down an QA this property. Our stays at the Palms and Seven Stars were better experiences as far as the resorts and service were concerned.

it was just OK. I would say it failed our expectations for a Ritz Carlton. Underwhelmed for sure for the price. Unimpressed with the concierge..pretty much handled everything ourselves. Bellmen excellent until checkout. We went over New Years. The party was fun. They were a little unorganized because they didn’t advise their staff properly. We thought we were gonna have to pay for all alcohol drinks during the party because that’s what they said the day of party - given that we paid $250 pp for a buffet we were a bit shocked … but then come to find out during dinner, we were able to get open bar drinks as part of the pkg. The token system for after party was just silly. We should not have to buy drinks in advance before drinking them - off-putting if we didn’t drink that much, we could not get the value of the tokens back. Overall food during stay commercialized - nothing really local/ authentic so that was disappointing - it was way overpriced (and we are foodies so we will drop some $$$$) on good food). Go offsite for better food. Bars were OK We had better experiences at seven seas with their bartenders on the beach.I would tell people that if they are expecting a full on premium RITZ experience this is not the RITZ for them (& we have stayed at several other RITZ. Like Dove Mountain, St Thomas & Amalia Island are what RITZ should be) luckily the RITZ did not define our overall experience with Turks. We will be back but we will pick other accommodations.

First, our room wasnt ready until almost an hour after check in time despite requesting an early check in. The service was horrible, noone was ever at the concierge or room service to answer the phone. We requested more pillows at least 3 or 4 times. The bathrooms were disgusting with toilet papet all over the floor, dirty flushers, and no toilet papet or paper towels to use. The phones in the room made wierd beeping noises in the middle of the night, we had to unplug them. The spa was dirty, the bathrooms had no locks, the mats to step on when you got out of the jacuzzi were filthy, there was peeling paint on the walls in the spa bathroom and mold on the toilet flushers. Our robes were stolen out of the locker in the spa because the locks didnt work on the lockers. The food was horrible except for BLT which was decent. On the last night we went to casa nonna, and italian resteraunt on the property. Our waitress was rude, the food was inedible and at least 3 tables jumped up screaming that there were roaches in their napkins. Ive been to many ritz carleton hotels, and this was a diagrace. To top it all off, we went to the room to get our bags at 11:04, and our keys were deactivated because check out was at 11. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to the ritz carleton any time soon.

This was a nice stay, and the staff was very nice. Here comes the "but". If you have stayed at a Ritz before, you will not feel that this property does not match the same level of luxury. Our room had a nice bathroom but was lacking the normal trim out and details of the typical Ritz. Don't get me wrong, it was very nice, but more of a Marriott with lipstick on it.
