Great staff

Staff was very helpful, great amenities and cool concept for a hotel.

It was a great stay, staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and room/hotel was really nice. It is a bit far from the center of the city if you plan to walk everywhere, however, tram and subway are about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. I wish they would have coffee available in the lobby all day, that would be great.

Nice clean hotel with big rooms with mini kitchens . Laundry in basement . A little away from center of city but easy access to trams .

Best stay in Vienna for a solo traveller only that the laundry is very expensive. You have to load the app 30euros even if you only have to use 6euros.

The location is really great because although it’s not in the center of all the “main” tourist sites, it does have nice local restaurants and shops near. It was also easy to access the public transportation. It was clean and staff was beyond helpful and nice! The price is super affordable and would definitely go back!

We had room 619 with kitchenette and small balcony, standing room only on the tiny balcony. Plenty of storage space and very nice room. Free tea/coffee in reception 7-11am We did not take breakfast at 19 euro each as delicatessen next door which was delicious. 5 mins walk to tram 71 into the city (6 stops);and only 1.5 Euro each for an 80 minute ticket (if aged 65) Highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel is Brazilian in theme and ownership/management which was cool and a bit out of the old town. Once I got the lay of the land it was very easy and convenient to get everywhere in Vienna The staff were exceptionally friendly and super helpful. Also they provide great coffee like espresso all day long and have a wonderful bar next door They helped me check in early and then held my bag for free after I checked out so I could continue exploring the city before my train departed.

Very Good would stay here again if looking for somewhere slightly out of the centre but the price reflect that

The hotel was wonderful—our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and all of the amenities provided were great. It was especially handy to have washers and dryers in the basement for guests’ use, although you do have to download an app to use them and pre-load your account with 20€ (you can claim a refund of any unused portion of your balance). The hotel staff were extremely warm, kind, and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to several public transportation options to the city center, and the Vienna Pass made traveling on public transit a breeze. The only things that were lacking that otherwise would have made this a five-star stay: the hotel does not have good climate control. It was uncomfortably warm during our stay, which led to poor sleep most nights. The staff kindly lent us a fan, but to run it at night, we had to keep our key card in the power slot that controls the room’s electricity, and there was a very bright neon light illuminating the headboard of the bed that could not be turned off. We tried to cover the light with our bath towels, but that was a very inconvenient design flaw of the room. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Room ok. Chilly in the evenings. Coukd have done with some heating. Staff helpful. Didn't realise free coffee in daytime until day we left. Decoration rather dark.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Close to public transport to the city centre and local supermarkets.

The hotel looked very impressive as I got there. The rooms were clean. I wish there was more trash baskets since there is only one in bathroom. I expected more from the room, but overall it had all the amenities and friendly staff. The location was good close to all the connections.

I love the lively environment here. The service is top notch, covering everthing I need. The breakfast is nice and the bar is great. Nathalia was so helpful and friendly. Best hotel in town for sure !
