Very strategic location close to Shin Okubo train station, very comfortable room, very good facilities (toiletries and a place to hang out with a selection of drinks) and the staff are very helpful.

Very famous with tourist. Getting in and out the hotel is really hard. You have to take multiple different elevators just to get in or out.
