Amazing location, service and amenities. The breakfast buffet was the most extensive and varied I have ever seen and access to the gym, sauna and pools was what made this hotel top notch.

Stunning hotel with so much interesting history and interior design. We loved our stay - the staff were so accommodating and the hotel felt very relaxing and luxurious. We had to leave early one morning and the hotel reception were able to arrange a breakfast to go which has so much variety and options. A truly exceptional experience and service.

The amenities at this hotel (gym, spa, sauna, pool, etc), as well as the impressive and extensive breakfast buffet, is what makes it 5 star. Highly recommend.

The property is very nice. The lobby/reception area is at first disconnected, flows well within the original space. The breakfast space is roomy and offers a verity of table sizes for differing parties. And the foods gave a nice mix of cultures.

Good location, nice staff but unless you’re going to party all night long or wanna listen to the train or cars honking for people yelling I would not recommend you stay here.

Everything you expect from a One Key Michelin Hotel. Congrats on the achievement. Will send some stuff to improve the stay so you can get to Three Keys.

This is a great hotel, better than the other five star hotel I stayed in Oslo a week ago. The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The staff is extremely helpful. Alexander at the front desk is one of the best i have met. My son accidentally broke the glass lamp in the room. They sent people to our room to clean up in the mid of the night. The lamp is not cheap. I offered to pay for the damage. Alexander said no need. It was an accident. It happens. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good spa service, nice sauna, very close to everything. The buffet is amazing.

Gorgeous heritage building and features. Staff not very helpful, cleaning staff very rude. Breakfast was impressive but rammed full. Terrible coffee. Small bathroom but gorgeous products.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The facilities are state of the art, especially the gym, spa, and the main restaurant. The only thing is I would not recommend staying in the room with the children's double beds. The plumbing is terrible and you can hear it whenever someone flushed the toilet. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
