One of the worst places we’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t know it was a night club inside the hotel! It was SOO LOUD! from 10pm-2am! We were not able to sleep!

Cowboy Dance party upstairs at the roof top ! That was a fun surprise. Hotel was cool . The only weird thing is they charge a 30 buck fee for travel then they gave you credit at the hotel for 30 bucks to use but say how to use it while staying there. So that sucked . Just drop the 30 buck fee ! Make it so much simpler and easier instead of confusing the customers. Other than that , all good

Upon arrival was sent to a room that was not ready. The POS system for room service was not functioning. Room with barely any amenities such as coffee maker, etc. overall an adequate experience but probably not worth the price in my opinion. The staff however, were amazing.

Great location with a fun bar. We were lucky to get a room further away from the action so it wasn’t too loud. We would stay again. Beautiful hotel and you can walk or Uber easily to many places nearby.

Rooms so small it's hard to walk around the bed. Noise of the multiple entertainment venues was never ending. Virtually nothing in the room except bed and TV.

Staff was amazing. I wish housekeeping came earlier. They still hadn't cleaned rooms by 4:30pm.

The hotel was perfectly situated. Walking distance to most of the major landmarks on Hollywood blvd and a quick drive to Universal Studios and Griffith Park. The hotel is really trendy and has a great vibe with lots of people working or socializing in the lobby. We did have a few unexpected surprises tho. The first came during check in. They only had valet parking, which I suppose is to be expected for a hotel in LA but, it was $55 per night. This was an extra expense that we didn’t plan on. We had to pay it tho because there was no street parking and local lots had no “in and out privileges.” Upon check in we received $30 credit to a restaurant but were surprised when most of the restaurants were closed on Monday (our only full day). The bedrooms are clean, but very small. The last surprise was that the bathrooms are made of glass that is see through so if you aren’t going with a romantic partner it can make getting in and out of the shower a little weird. Overall it was a nice stay we went for an anniversary and even tho it wasn’t the most romantic room, the hotel had a beautiful sunset view and was the perfect location.

I paid $600 on Expedia for 4 nights at this hotel. When I checked in, they charged me another $114 in the form of a “destination fee”, plus another $19 that just called “fees”. So that’s a total of $123 in fees on top of the original $600 I paid on Expedia, which is supposed to include taxes and fees. This is extremely annoying and makes it very difficult to plan your vacation. Then they give you a $30-coupon to use at their bar. We ordered two glasses of wine. They said, we could only order one glass of wine with the coupon, and only a specific one (so we couldn’t choose). So we ordered a separate glass of wine. The lady at the bar poured more into the “paid” glass than into the “coupon” glass, explaining to us that with the coupon you get “a small glass” of wine. The situation was utterly absurd. Just spare me the nonsense and charge me for the wine (fun fact: the wine tasted like crap). Then they also give you coupons for movie tickets at the chinese theater. Only thing is: they’re not valid for IMAX. In other words: not valid for THE chinese theater. The whole experience was ridiculous.

Keep a plan for if your room isn't ready yet. You can check in your luggage while you wait & go have a drink somewhere off the property. Great Suite rooms with cool views. Lots to uber to nearby. Great property for a quick stay.
