Parking fees are quite expensive, order 2 units, one unit has good facilities, the only one is there is no trash can & the water heater doesn't work. But what are your expectations so it matches the price. The room is quite okay because there is a kitchen. Thanks.

I booked around 18.00 and immediately transferred the payment, our plan was to enter the hotel around 22.00, then we were called and said we had to pay a fee if we checked in at 22.00. What if after I pay and I don't stay overnight, will the hotel suffer a loss? But I didn't pay because during my stay at any hotel there was nothing like that. What's even more funny is that I had to pay a deposit of 300 thousand, even though I was still outside the hotel. Because based on my experience, a deposit is requested when guests come to the hotel, and that's an average of 100 thousand, but I paid when I arrived, but there was no receipt/proof, the officer said it would be transferred within 7 working days, whereas the next day I needed the money for the trip. Finally I was forced to transfer my deposit when I checked out. The officers/receptionists weren't there, so when I needed them I had to wait after they were asked to come, so it took time. The condition of the room is that there is no mineral water available, there are no trash cans in the room (except the bathroom), there is no warm water. So that's what I experienced when I stayed, and I will never want to book that hotel again.

Kamar sangat nyaman untuk tamu menginap hanya saja tidak ada tempat sampah dikamarnya jadi sampah harus kita bungkus sendiri lalu buang pada saat di luar kamar, terus juga AC nya kurang dingin remotnya gak bisa di stel ke suhu rendah. Semoga di kamar lain tidak ada keluhan masalah pendingin ruangan. Sisanya recommended i like 👍🏼.

Baru ini menginap ternyata lewat tangan ke 2 apatel dan kita disuruh menggu 1jaman buat kasih kunci setelah itu kira disuruh deposit 300rb di kamar sama sekali gak ada air minum, kamar mandi mampet air pembuangannya yang lebih parah saya kecewa adalah tempat tidur masih dikasih plastik sengaja ga dibuka jadi panas dan kayak ga niat dipake bener-bener pengalaman paling buruk! Nunggu refund juga semalaman, agen online kalau mau kerjasama liat-liat dulu rekanannya saya sebagai cust merasa dirugikan klu batal tidak bisa refund diteruskan juga menyesal.

Tolong agen online untuk dicek kembali untuk hotel tersebut dan diberikan teguran, karena saya merasa tertipu, saya tiba jam 16.30 tapi sampai pukul 18.00 belum juga bisa check-in dengan alasan pertama sedang cek kamar/rapihin kamar, setelah lama menunggu alasan ke kedua adalah bilang masih di jalan dan sudah mau sampai tapi masih juga lama menunggu, tapi saat saya meninggalkan tempat bilangnya sudah ada di lobby.
