According to the price, for 2 people the room is comfortable, we stayed here because there was an event that required us to leave early in the morning towards Lembang. Check in and check out process was fast. Thank you

The room was not clean and there were mosquitoes.

the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I requested a water heater because there was none in the room. here you can get free refills of water, the standard room is really worth it for that price. quite spacious, the bathroom is also okay. overall great first experience, will be one of the recommended hotels especially for those who want me time on a budget

Everything is clean, the AC is also cold. Only the mattress is not comfortable because the iron of the mattress can be felt because it is already sticking out.

My favorite place to stay in Bandung and every time I go to Bandung I always stay here.

Good hospitality, good room with urban style

The hotel is comfortable and nice, but in my opinion it is lacking in cleanliness, especially the bathroom and toilet.

Worth the price, sometimes some rooms are not nice, some have bad wifi, some have bathrooms that smell of dead rats.

The interior and so on are okay, nice, comfortable, quiet, unfortunately cleanliness is very poor, lots of hair, in the shower there is so much female hair that the drain is so dirty when you open it, it's hard for the water to flow, and even the hair on the duvet is still there So I'm not sure whether the bed sheets and other things have been replaced or not? Anyway, cleanliness must be the main thing, changing bed linen and other things is really important because we don't know beforehand whether the guests have skin diseases and so on, so pay attention to that. The rooms are clean, spacious and affordable. Will definitely come here again if I go to Bandung. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Super satisfied, highly recommended.

Pros: the hotel is nice, clean, smells good (it actually has room freshener spray). Very comfortable staying here. Beds, sheets, blankets, blankets are all very good. The bathroom is also clean and doesn't smell bad. Gallons of water are also provided outside the room, so you can refill water. A bit surprised that for that price you can get a fairly spacious room. The location is really strategic: near the Pasteur toll road, campus area and Setrasari mall, so looking for food or a place to drink coffee is easy, if you want to go to the supermarket, you just have to walk to the house. Disadvantages: no shampoo, the internet is often down and in the morning it doesn't turn on at all on the 3rd floor, the glass bottle for water isn't dry enough so it looks like there are dots of water used to evaporate, the service in the lobby is a bit confusing because there isn't any the staff is proper, and there is no telephone in the room so if you need anything you have to go up and down. But overall the hotel is okay, especially for young people who don't really need this or that, and if there is another chance I will definitely come back.

Kamarnya bersih, rapi, bagus dan nyaman. Tersedia Netflix yang siap pakai juga. Hanya saja kamar mandinya kecil & water heaternya terbatas/cepat habis.

Saya baru pertama kali masuk udah langsung keluar lagi, saya kecewa berat. Menurut saya ini penginapan yang paling aneh menurut saya, ini harga penginapannya ga murah-murah amat sih, yang mana harganya pun mencapai 300k. Pelayanan yang diberikan tidak bagus sama sekali, masa iya ini sprei kasurnya ga diganti, kotor kayak bekas orang, ada noda-noda juga, saya bisa bedain mana seprei yang diganti atau gak ini sama sekali ga diganti, terus juga yang bikin mencengangkan masa iya ada rambut cewek di lantai, padahal saya baru masuk (saya cowok) dan lantainya pun ga bersih juga, oke disitu masih sabar lah, tapi saya liat keset untuk kamar mandi sama sekali kotor, bisa diliat di foto juga bukti-buktinya, saya sangat merasa rugi dan ga bisa di cancel juga ini pemesanan saya. Saya bukan orang yang cuma 1x atau 2x menginap di penginapan atau hotel, makanya saya bisa ngebedain mana yang diganti misal sprei nya dari orang sebelumnya atau gak dan lain-lain saya bisa bedain. Jadi menurut saya buat yang mau menginap di sini tolong pikir-pikir lagi deh. Karena biasanya harga segitu bisa lebih dapet penginapan atau hotel yang lebih baik dan bagus pelayanan nya.

The place is pretty nice and clean but the guards are often absent. So often if you need anything, you can't get it quickly. The place is also easy to find food.
