The villa is comfortable, with two bedrooms, one extra bed, and complete amenities, including a washing machine, hairdryer, and a magic com. The water heater works well, and there are plenty of cooking utensils. The location is strategic, close to everything, but food sources are far from the villa. The owner is very responsive; there was a problem with the water heater, but the handling was quick. If I go to Batu again, I will definitely prioritize staying here again.

Checked in from March 26th to March 28th. Thankfully, there was a washing machine and it was close to the mosque. The service was good, with drinking water and a hot water heater.

It's nice, the only drawback is when we arrived there were a lot of ants and sand in every corner, for ants during our stay there were always some coming from who knows where (ants like tomcats) and the sheets seemed not to have been washed, the bathroom gas ran out, in the end I borrowed gas from the stove and there was only a little left. I didn't drink the gallon of water at all, I was afraid it would last a long time. The place is really cool. And for the facilities, it's really awesome. There is a hair dryer, refrigerator, washing machine, pan, glasses, plates, gallon, stove and water heater. But unfortunately the water heater was only used in the morning, the gas was already out in the afternoon. For the cleanliness, unfortunately yesterday when we arrived it smelled of dead rats

On the walls there were small animals, maybe because it was cold, but overall, thank you for having toothpaste and a toothbrush, which was very helpful because I didn't bring toiletries.

The owner is kind, gives clear check-in instructions, everyone can sleep soundly. Facilities: 2 rooms, sofa, folding mattress, can sleep too, folding mattress with warm water, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, cooking utensils, glass plates, blankets, plus fried noodles. Without AC it's cold, it feels like home. If you go on holiday to Malang again, it could be a reference for a place to stay again.
