The check in process is a nightmare as it is clearly designed for Indonesians. I had to download an entire new app Travelio to check in, deposit, and give so much of my personal information to the app that I'm likely never using again. There 's no direct phone number I could contact, just a business whatsapp that takes forever to get back, and when they do, it 's not in English. Then Travelio staff came in the middle of my stay (I stayed 4 nights and it was only the 2nd day) and told me to pack and check out. Again, they made me download a whole new app but it seems their management is completely incompetent. The construction in front of my balcony was 7:30 in the morning till 8:30 or 9 in the evening. I was here on a business trip and my body was drumming with exhaustion due to the drilling noise day in and day out. The shower got no water pressure. Room was acceptably clean. Bed was comfortable. I don't event want to talk about the check out. Just. Nightmare. No redeeming quality whatsoever. Would not return.
