This is my worst booked ever! I'm booking apartment for 1 night but the apartment handled by travelio, I don't know if this the same company or not, but I don't think they related. Because online agent always been nice, but travelio not at all. Travelio the apps very poor, the check in very long, AC at the unit not cool, the bed very hard, there's dust and stain at the bed and mirror. Fyi, I changed my mind to stay there, so at the midnight I went home because my kids feel uncomfortable to stay there.:( and in this apartment we can't expect free parking because we have to pay, lol what a unhappy stay.

It's fun for the family to stay at the Transpark apartment, especially close to an exciting mall. Thank you, the service is also satisfying
