Helpful staff, free parking, free breakfast, good location.

Hard to find restaurants close by that served wine with dinner, if that matters to you. Otherwise, all went well

Positives: clean room, good shower, nice comfy bed, air conditioner, free parking, excellent location. Appreciated having a fridge and kettle in the room. Negatives: they couldn't accept a foreign credit card for payment, wifi painfully slow, room had that smoked-in smell, breakfast was good but not amazing. The staff tried improving our wifi by moving us up a couple floors. The view was beautiful (windows were due for cleaning).

It is NOT a smoke free hotel, hence, one can smell smoke every where. Clean and large rooms. Noise and sound insulation is a problem.

Gut

Average , the hotel is on the main street but the signage isn’t visible enough. Another negativity is parking. You need to give them the key and take your car away from the hotel. When I asked how far the car park the answer was , it’s not walkable distance so I had to catch a taxi anywhere I wanted to go. When I checked out they brought my car and almost parked in the middle of the road and it was risky to put our luggages into car. And the guy was expecting tip for unprofessional service.

Location and staff attention

Very friendly, yet professional staff. Excellent location. Spacious and confortable room. Very good breakfast.

Clean room with all amenities you need. English speaking receptionist offer me underground garage fo my motorbike. In center of town. Only minus is traffic near hotel. Good traditional Turkish breakfast. Will come again!

This is a very nice place where everyone was helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was nice with variable options. The front desk in our first night was amazing ready to help and very professional. All the staff is really good and parking option is a great plus. The only thing I would suggest to change is the condition and the shower gel was either watered down or old and need replacing. But I do recommend booking this place.

Asked for non-smoking rooms for 4 rooms but only 2 available, despite explaining our health condition (asthma). They never got the WiFi working.

Nice welcome when I arrived from the guys on reception. The room was large and very clean, with all the amenities in the room that you do not often see in hotels in Turkey. The room was cleaned every day and each time I passed reception they always smiled and spoke.

It was well worth the price

We were made very welcome from the moment we walked through the front door. The bed was very comfortable and a lovely bathroom. Typical turkish buffet breakfast
