Everything was wonderful,this was our third stay at the Radisson red. 3 wonderful annual trip

Great hotel, comfortable beds, quiet, proper black out curtains and good room temperature. Literally the only things I’m looking for in a hotel these days and so few get right.

The room was clean, although small, and the staff on reception were excellent. Breakfast was also excellent.

Stayed for a 3 night city break to meet family and choose Radisson Red due to proximity to station. Staff were incredibly efficient, helpful and friendly when we arrived. Room was decent with bottled water FOC replaced daily along with tea/coffee making facilities. Overall a pleasant experience and will book again when we next visit Liverpool.

Not a great experience. Slow check in, reservation number didn’t work on the screens. Was the same for many people. Also when I was given my room key the room hadn’t been cleaned which delayed me further to get a new key

Terrible staff at checkin, rooms not connected as promised, downgraded to be on same floor and the attitude from the checkin staff - wow, incredibly rude. Beautiful location, small rooms even though premiere and overall this hotel thinks it’s too cool to bother helping its customers attitude… NEVER Will stay here again. Did experience nice housekeeping staff though. Skip this place.
