Nuestra estancia en ULIV Parque México fue excelente. La ubicación en la Condesa es perfecta para recorrer caminando cafés, restaurantes y parques, y el departamento era moderno, impecable, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estancia maravillosa. Lo mejor de todo fue la atención de Wendy. Desde antes de nuestra llegada fue increíblemente amable, atenta y siempre disponible para ayudarnos. Además, nos sorprendió con un hermoso detalle de bienvenida para mi hija, quien está estudiando en la Ciudad de México: flores, vino, chocolates y una nota escrita a mano. Fue un gesto muy especial que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Sin duda volveremos y recomendamos ULIV Parque México a cualquiera que visite CDMX.

Wendy is a super-dedicated property manager. Always attentive to every detail and quickly resolving every issue! The rest of the staff is magnificent too. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment is very well located with plenty of options within walking distance for food, froceries, coffee, etc.

We had an amazing experience. Our his was phenomenal with everything we asked for. She got us transportation to and from the airport, as well as all the tourist areas.

nice property right in the middle of Condesa, everything works, very cleaned and well furnished. It's not a hotel, but a well serviced building. Housekeeping I think included is only once per week(?) you can pay for it on any day though.

Almost everything was perfect and I enjoyed my stay overall. The apartment was clean and conveniently located. The only real issue that I had was with the a/c in the bedroom. It really dried out the air and, unfortunately, there was no humidifier to help off set it. Also, if you're from the U.S. the coldest setting is a lot warmer than I'm used to.

Nice place to stay

The process was very easy to get in. Wendy was extremely helpful with dealing with any issue we had - which only was a small one. It was great to be able to get a late check out. Also they hold the luggage for you since we had a late flight I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again. Thanks again for a wonderful time.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It’s well located. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the hot water lasts about 3 mins max, I couldn’t even wash my hair- we had to be out of the showers within 3 mins.

The room and location were great. The door is a bit hard to find and could use some signage. The security guard was very helpful. Our patio door lock would unfortunately not lock but the area felt very safe overall and it didn’t concern us. Would stay again.

Great location and very clean. Kitchen had everything for basic cooking.

The location was wonderful and the apartment very nice. The only problem was the plumbing. One night we had no water as a leak forced our water to be shut off. Two days later there was a leak in our sink. Both were fixed but the plumbing needs to be improved.

Great location. Spacious layout. Needs some routine maintenance as it ages. Hire regular cleaning (an extra) to ensure you have towels, etc. Also, note we were up 3 flights of stairs. For very elderly people like I traveled with, you should know in advance. The kitchen was great!! And we started each day with a cooked meal. There is construction next door, so lots of noise (and music!!) during daytime hours, but we were touring, so not a big deal. The staff were great! Courteous, helpful.. the manager speaks good English (if you need it). This is in an IDEAL location. If you're healthy and 3 flights are no issue, I'd recommend this location.

Excelente ubicacion

Everything was good and clean. Only issue is we didn’t receive the access code. We had to wait for security get us a code. And in the morning the code was no longer working.
