Hotel was lovely, room was spot on, staff very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. Was easy to get to places, if travelling to Barcelona again will definitely stay here

Offered a twin instead of a double bed, the room refresh also is adequate. The staff is also not the best in reception.

Staff. Very helpful and friendly

Clean & comfortable room , great to have water taps in reception. Some staff oddly uninterested in interaction given it’s a hotel but breakfast staff worked really hard to keep foods out for self service. Need 20 euros deposit for pool towel per towel and this has to be in cask which is a really inflexible situation given no one needs a r wants to carry cash especially in another currency.

Located away from attractions

This is a lovely find: it's a good quality hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood (El Clot), tucked away from the busy and touristy parts of Barcelona. The staff were very welcoming and the bedroom was decorated to a high standard. I particularly appreciated the large, comfortable double bed and soft linen. There was a desk in the bedroom (useful for those visiting the city for work) and a spacious bathroom. Another bonus was the lack of noise at night from neighbouring bedrooms and corridors. In fact, it was more peaceful than many other hotels I've stayed at in Barcelona. Thank you.

Room was adequate and clean. Rooftop pool could do with a bit of TLC and heating.

Great service, attendance, cleanliness, comfortable and easily accessible by metro. Irena and Barbra were supper friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back. Recomend!

I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again if I’m ever in Barcelona.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to the conference centre and football at Sant Andreu.

I extended my stay here because I enjoyed the property so much. It’s a nice touch that they have a water bottle filler in the lobby and candy & coffee out in the afternoon. There is a laundry and grocery store right next door. The grocery store bakery was the cheapest place for pastries. House keeping did a great job and the front desk staff spoke excellent English.

We stayed at The Alceron for 5 nights from 7 September in one of their Superior Rooms..The hotel was very clean and the room and bathroom were very spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Roof top pool and area ver y clean and comfortable. No complaints at all. Hope to return one day.
