The location is great, next to the station, and they have supermarket Rewe and Russland downstairs. The self-check-in process was smooth. I only stayed for 1 night and it was perfect!

The hotel and room are fantastic, definitely the best place we stayed during our 27-day family trip across Europe. However, one thing that could be improved is the room cleaning policy. They only provide cleaning service for stays of more than five nights, which caused some unpleasant smell in our room due to the rubbish. It would be great if the hotel could provide extra rubbish bags in the room. Other than that, the staff were kind and helpful. Only one Asian female staff, who spoke fluent German, seemed a bit impatient when we asked for assistance during check-in or others help we needed. Overall, it was still an excellent stay, and we truly enjoyed our time here.
