Breakfast menu had a large selection! The general parking was 5 minutes walk and was safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic rooms and amazing location in old town. You’re also able to use the roof top pool and gym at their sister restaurant Nakar a short walk (5mins) away. Great bar for cocktails and really good breakfast, although pastries ran out towards 11am, but our own fault as Palma got the better of us the night before.

By far the most gorgeous hotel you'll ever stay in. There was a plumbing issue on our side of the hotel, so they moved us to an upgraded room on the other side of the property and it was somehow even more beautiful than the last room. There isn't valet, so if you have a car you will need to park it in a lot and walk to the hotel, but it was pretty easy. Would 100% recommend!

A relaxing stay just moments from the hustle and bustle of Palma Old Town. We were very well looked after by the staff, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Great location and very nice stay in a luxurious room/suite that needs some attention. In the ads the fireplace was working and now that is not the case. The main reason I picked the room was for the fireplace. Also, the bathtub faucet was not working so we could not fill it. I told the nice lady at the front desk.

Best hotel room ever stayed in

Blown away by this hotel, it’s unique opulent decor and the amazing customer service. There are only 11 rooms in the hotel and the staff knows everyone by name. They bent over backwards to find us dining reservations and even a charter boat with the best captain ever. This is Ritz Carlton style service. We had room number 3 and it had a terrace with a seating area and an outdoor “bed”. Bathroom had a deep tiled sunken tub, double sinks and a huge tiled shower with a rain style head. Breakfast was included with our stay and there was a lovely fresh buffet plus made to order omelets, pancakes etc. It is adults only and mostly couples but I went with my 20 something son and he enjoyed it as well. I would recommend this to even my pickiest travel pal!
