It was my first time, and I think the room is clean, the rest is supported by the vibes area which can really build the mood. It's just that at first I was confused about where to park the motorbike hehe

For the location, it's really good, the rooms are spacious, but the interior of the room is old and there is no maintenance, the staff is friendly, maybe if there are improvements to the interior of the room and improvements to the bathroom facilities, this hotel will be my choice again, but for now, I only stayed there once.

Hotel with spacious yard, clean swimming pool. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. When checking out, you can get a souvenir of wedang uwuh. The room is quite large. The bathroom has a bathtub.

when I checked in at 8 pm
it turned out that my room had a problem with the AC and TV
but the hotel immediately replaced it with a new, better room unit
royal brongto hotel is indeed great
👍👍👍
only for the breakfast menu, it could be made more varied
and the stock was made more because it was for those who came for breakfast after 8 am
some appetizer/dessert items were out of stock and not restocked😅

Day 2 of staying try with breakfast
Breakfast at 7, we were still quiet at half past 8
Staff service is ok, children are charged 50,000
Maybe the food can be improved again 🥲 fried rice jemek tastes bad at all 😵💫, fried rice texture like porridge tastes like it's going to smell, the food is not very varied either
Fried rice, fried noodles, eggs in koloke with vegetables. There are fried foods, koko crunch, chicken porridge, fruit there is only watermelon and melon then pudding. Iced sour orange drink
There is also an omelet delivered one by one to our table

The staff are all friendly and very helpful, starting from when we brought our luggage up to the 2nd floor
At night, the TV had no signal, at that time the technician came, there weren't many TV channels because the signal wasn't strong enough
The bathroom has a bathtub, the water heater also works well
There are lots of plants so it's nice and cool, the hotel is clean even though the hotel is that big

The staff is nice, friendly, but the hotel is not worth it. The toilet is old, the shower is broken, the bidet has small water, the room sheets are old, but the AC is cold. The atmosphere is scary, my child heard breathing sounds. Creepy. Initially I was aiming for one with a swimming pool, but if I knew this, I would think twice. The price is almost the same as Tj*kr* style but think again if you bring small children, my youngest children often cry in the middle of the night. It's surprising that the rating is 9.

Strategic location, comfortable atmosphere, and friendly staff. However, I had a cake delivery from a friend. It was left at the reception, but the staff did not provide any information to the room.
