Stopped at this hotel in the beutiful town of Bolsward. There is no-one at all in the hotel, only access through an app and there is no-where to park in town if you don't an Dutch app that can't be installed on a US phone. Parking system also doesn't accept US credit cards... I ultimately decided that I had to leave since I simply couldn't park my car. No refund or interest in resolving the situaiton from Snozz.

Pleasantly surprised by how great everything was - lovely room, very spacious. Great location in Bolsward, will gladly stay again!

Lovely room. A bit silly to have switch for reading light at door - have to get out of bed to turn off!! Also, step by step instructions for the Nespresso machine would be helpful.

Great value, excellent design rooms, clean & modern. Comfortable bed. In the town center. Highly recommended
