My only negative point relates to breakfast. It would be nice if they had more Western option for breakfast.

Nice staff, very clean hotel, convenient location.

The property was very clean and well maintained. My only criticism was that the breakfast options particularly for non-japanese dishes was quite limited. Still, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Really nice property in the center of Sendai. Room was clean and quiet. Staff spoke English and were friendly.

This is a rare find Onsen theme hotel at a prime location within the city. Not a long walk from Sendai station. The public bath with sauna is great. Amenities are great. I would stay here again for sure.

The hotel is business hotel with spa. The room is not spacious but big enough to stay by myself. Breakfast was awsome! Specially, fresh Tempura was really crispy made by local chef. I highly recommend to stay the hotel, if you want to have a real onsen in experience. Take off your shoes at the entrance. Local parking is available near the hotel, but the hotel does not have auto line so if you have big suites case to carry from your car, little bid dangerous, because you need to park curb side at the heavy traffic street.

This is an excellent hotel with a large bath and buffet.

Rooftop hot spring is a must experience. Even though it was winter, the outdoor hot spring was still worth trying.

I don’t like “Off shoes”

This was a Japanese style hotel with an onzen. Very clean.

Wonderful stay, love taking off shoes and leaving them in the lockers, Onsen and the free nightly ramen.

I really like their style. Fairly simple and clean. The only negative things are socks and /or slippers are provided once asked. Everybody was walking around inside the hotel bare feet. It is not really hygienic friendly.

A lovely traditional Japanese-style hitel

A wonderful and VERY busy spot! Be prepared to remove your shoes and have your baggage wheels cleaned before you enter. As someone with tattoos I knew I couldn’t use the hot spring facilities, their house, their rules and I’m totally fine with that. Make sure you go around the block and eat at the beef tongue restaurant behind the hotel the food us amazing, both the beef tongue ( Sendai is known for it ) and the seafood. We made some amazing friends tge second night we were there!!! 👍

素泊まりプランでしたが、アイスやラーメンのサービスがあって嬉しくなりました。

部屋もベッドも広く、静かで快適でした。 床が畳のような素材だったこと、室内に木の素材が多かったことで落ち着きました。

舒適度甚高，整潔，女湯時間能到半夜真好。夜間拉麵非常好吃，下次再來這。

가는길도 쉽고 걸어서 가기에도 가깝고 위치가 좋아요- 반나절 잠시 들른 지역이어서 도미인 이름만 보고 예약했는데 역시 좋아요!
