Hotel Madame is a gem of a hotel very close to the city centre. The sightseeing, bars and restaurants are easily within walking distance. The hotel itself is in a very quite street so the is no impact from the noise from local bars. It is easy to get to using the tram from the airport, there a 2 stops less than 5 minutes away. The staff were all fantastic. They were very helpful and friendly and helped make the hotel the wonderful place it is. There were good facilities such as ensuite, tv, wifi, mini bar and fans. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel or book it again.

The staff were great, super friendly and very helpful. The room was very hot and unfortunately the curtain rail became lose on pulling the curtains, no repairs done just curtains and rail removed. Shower fixing coming away from the wall. The room was nice and clean and well presented.

This boutique hotel in well placed, a short walk to restaurants, bars and the tram to both the airport and train station. Beautifully presented, the rooms as clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful providing assistance and recommendations regarding great places for food and drink. Our room, 22, was spacious with 2 small balconies overlooking the street and nearby park.

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Very helpful friendly staff, excellent communication via What’s app. The rooms are small as is the shower and toilet could be difficult if you were a large/tall person. We really enjoyed our stay !

This was such a bad experience that we left early. This is basically a very small step above a hostel. If I had known this, I would have never booked hotel. Feel I deserve a refund due to false advertising.

Parking was arranged in a nearby parking gargage which made it very easy. Hotel is in a good location walkable to everything. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are a bit small so book a superiore if you want more space. Excellent value

Property was in an ideal location for exploring Bordeaux. Staff at reception were friendly and very helpful with local recommendations. The room was a bit tired and the overall finish wasn’t don’t to a very high standard. The toilet was also located in a separate room which was tiny! Could only just manage to close the door whilst straddling the toilet to move out of the way! I’m glad that we didn’t have to stay for more than one night!

A wonderful hotel in a very convenient location, close to cafes, bars and shops. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Thoughtful and tasteful decor, loved the toiletries provided. Fridge and coffee machine in room. This was an absolute gem of a find and we would love to return to Bordeaux to stay here again, Thank you!

Great location. People on the desk were fantastic and their English was very good. Gave lots of tips and recommendations. You have to keep the mini fans on all night otherwise it gets way too hot and I usually run cold.
