Air conditioning is only available in the main room, there is a small basketball court, playground and swimming pool, the elevator to the apartment unit is not sensitive (several times my child almost squeezed the elevator door), lots of Murat laundry services are available, WIFI internet is NOT available as offered, relatively far from tourist spots.
