They give you the basics: a liquid soap that is your body soap & shampoo. No conditioner, no toothpaste & toothbrush, no refrigerator, no electric kettle, no instant drinks. They provide toilet paper, blower, towels. Room size is big and location is 5 mins from vienna central station. I got a good price from TV so, I am happy. Almost 1 hour walk to the tourist spots. I would recommend for those who likes to be near the central train station. Plus of all the hotels I stayed, they are the only one that has a floor heating feature in the bathroom. And it does heat up your feet. It's very nice!
