The AC wasn't cooling, and I'd moved rooms, but it was the same. A total of three rooms had AC that wasn't cooling. The rooms weren't very clean, with pubic hair still in the bathroom. The drinking water also had debris like cobwebs. The mattress also sank.

Well, hopefully the staff can be friendlier. When I went there, the staff didn't offer to carry my things; I had to ask first, and they didn't even reprimand me. The room smelled of cigarettes, the blankets looked like they hadn't been changed and were dirty, and the towels were dirty. I asked for a new blanket, but I was offered a room change and had to carry my own things, even though they were on a different floor and up the stairs. Hopefully, they can fix this.

Was a nice stay but it’ll be great if they take care of the cleanliness of the bathroom and balcony. The bathroom was smelly when I arrived and there were water stains on the floor, the floor also kinda slippery. The balcony looks like it hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Other than that, the room was comfy and pretty wide. They also have two tables that can be used to eat your food or work.

Overall, it's okay... the location is strategic, but it's tucked away and there are no street lights at night... For your information, if you want to stay here, there are rats in the plasterboard ceiling, and the bathroom smells like rat urine, so you have to always turn on the exhaust.

The hotel staff isn't very responsive to arriving guests; I waited too long for confirmation yesterday. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough, and there weren't any tissues.

The service is very poor, the rooms are very dirty and the cleanliness is also lacking.

The place is not so visible, because the position is behind another building. Room cleanliness is OK, the exhaust fans are noisy, amenities do not provide tissue at all, the presence of staff is very unhelpful.

The place was fine. The staff were there when we checked in, but we could not find them to check out. The sheets were quite stained, but otherwise it was pretty clean. It was fine for the price.

The AC isn't cold, the guard even told me to lower the AC cover manually. It's hilarious. It was really hot last night and the AC wasn't cold in room 202. Please fix the AC first.

when checking in, entering the room, the floor of the room was a bit sticky and there was a lot of hair scattered around, probably because when mopping, too much floor cleaner was used and not swept first or after mopping, it was swept so the hair of the previous occupants was still scattered around because it was only mopped but not swept and the bathroom could have been cleaned more for the toilet and the floor, there was a lot of hair for the sheets, pillow cases and towels, it was not clear whether they had been changed or not, they were very dirty and smelled a bit of hair oil, maybe the sheets, pillow cases and towels could have been changed because honestly, the previous elite cove was not this dirty and every time I returned I always stayed here and at 23.00 when I wanted to complain that the TV remote could not be used, the FO was no longer there 😔😔

friendly staff....a few stains on the blanket, bedsheet and pillowcase...but for a night/two night stay it's not a problem... the AC is cold, the room is comfortable, the water and toilet are smooth, the wifi is fast, there is a smart TV.... enough for a short stay... oh yeah, getting a room with a balcony view makes it even better

Parking is a bit difficult and the alley is narrow so when entering, you have to reverse when exiting. Hot water is not hot. No tissues provided.

The room was okay, but the bathroom was really dirty. The room was not cleaned, towels were not changed, drinking water was also not refilled even though we stayed for 2 nights. The location is a bit hidden.

The room is large and comfortable, entering it is comfortable and not noisy.
