The night shift staff was not friendly at all 😭 It took me 2 hours (9-11 pm) to climb steep uphill with big luggages at late night arrival to reach this hotel. Worst still, I was charged for late arrival fees chf 50 after ringing its doorbell 🙃 to check-in late night 👀 Not recommended for visitors without own transportation as it's extremely difficult to climb up (30-55 degree uphill road) this hotel located at hilltop. You will only find out its shuttle bus route schedule details from the reception counter after check-in. Anyway, shuttle bus service stops around evening time 6 pm.
