An Unforgettable Stay at Raffles Doha My mum, my sister, and I had the pleasure of staying at Raffles Doha for seven nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and made both my family and me feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our Urban Suite was absolutely stunning—very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. It quickly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a fantastic selection of high-quality food, and everything we tried was delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. On our second night, there was a fire alarm while we were staying on the 11th floor. My mum has a very bad knee, so walking all the way down the stairs felt never-ending and was quite challenging for her. However, I was genuinely impressed by how professionally the hotel handled the situation. The manager and staff were calm, reassuring, and extremely attentive. They provided us with bottled water and escorted guests to the neighbouring Fairmont Doha, where we were able to rest comfortably until everything was confirmed to be safe. Their quick response and excellent customer service turned what could have been a stressful experience into one where we felt safe and well looked after. Excellent staff, will help you with whatever you need. We stayed in crescent suite. The room is huge, very clean, amazing with really beautiful city and sea view. Although we had minor issue with the bathroom like the remote is not working. Still an excellent stay. One of the best breakfast we had in Doha. Food and coffee were delicious and satisfying

Beautiful property, good staff and attentiveness, disappointing sleep quality. The hotel itself is stunning and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable, although I’ve experienced better. Unfortunately, sleep was extremely poor. There are no proper blackout curtains, despite the blinds light escapes into the room so the room is very bright, and the flashing fire detector light on top of your head throughout the night was unbearable. For anyone with light sensitivity or sensory issues, this can make sleep impossible and even cause dizziness. A beautiful stay overall, but rest and sleep need serious attention.

I’m rating the raffles a 4/5 stars only bc I expected for a better breakfast I paid extra for. Also expected the spa to have a more spacious spa. The jacuzzis can accommodate 2/3 people max. Doesn't have a relaxation area. Other than that the service was excellent. Loved the fact they had Dyson hair tools for quicker drying, the room was constantly checked up on and cleaned.
