The room was nice, clean and spacious. the staff are very friendly. The location is convenient and near National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts in Taichung.

Hotel is right on the busy street with convenient parking within the building basement. Room got upgraded and it was very roomy. Breakfast was ok

We were supposed to stay here for two nights but checked out after one night because the room smells! The whole hotel smells! The high ratings are puzzling, because this hotel is definitely in need of a deep cleaning and a renovation. Super old and moldy. On the plus side, staff is very friendly and helpful. Not their fault that the hotel is old.

The front desk staff were young and very friendly, and the restaurant staff were also helpful. The free breakfast was good, and the hotel room itself felt spacious, though simple in appearance. It is located in an area with quiet residents, Cleanliness was average, however, and the toilet had a noticeable smell of urine, which affected the overall impression.

Staff were incredibly polite, helpful, kind and attentive. The buffet breakfast was delicious and numerous choices.

This is our second time staying at this property. We are quite happy with it. The only thing that was not great is that the room felt humid, as there’s no fan in the bathroom and the air conditioner is more of a fan. We could only adjust the fan down to a certain temperature.

Comfortable and clean rooms. There is a family mart downstairs and several eatries within walking distance. Daily housekeeping available as well. Free onsite parking available for guests who opt to self drive. Otherwise convenient to get around via uber as well.
