The staff that clean the room were amazing. The room was clean. The need to fix the air conditionner 1508 that the not work properly. The chairs and table on the deck need also to be change...bad condition. The stairs in the pool need to be solidify.

The apartament was clean , staff helpful.

Clean room perfect for my needs. Loved having a washer dryer in the room! Great location but urban and on a busy street so bring a white noise machine for sleep.

Awesome location, next to the subway and bus stops that can take you literally anywhere in Santiago. Is next to Apumanque shopping center and Santa Isabel which ia very convenient for gricery shopping. The place is very clean and confortable. Will come back for sure!

Great view and spacious corner apartment

It’s great value for money. Close to all amenities and super safe are and friendly staff. We have used these apartments at least 5 times

Could have been cleaner, had more amenties extra tierna, hand and or face tueros and could have been cleaner. The washer had a roten water Anel. Two days no Hot water and much smaller than expected.

Love Santiago and loved the stay very nice area

Close to the underground train. Very clean and lovely apartment. We were concerned about having to sleep on the sofa bed, but they made it very comfy. Full kitchen, all well furnished.

I loved the location, however it was very noisy! I did not appreciate that we were charged 14 dollars for mild stains in pillow cases and towels. So you have to leave towels CLEAN? What’s the washing machine for?so cleaning ladies are snitches.

This is an ok property but bedding was subpar in comparison to Zip hotel option we stayed at. The building looked dated and so did the apartment furnishings and pool area. Elevators not all working so slow to go in/out. Apartment windows old so very noisy. This property needs to adjust price down a lot to be competitive. Today we moved to Icon hotel as for $10 more we get great facilities in same neighborhood.

Comfortable apartment with amazing views. Only thing I would have liked was soap, shampoo, and conditioner to be included in the restrooms

Really wonderful host and experience! Located in a great neighborhood, close to some malls and the metro. Got check in instructions, and the host was accommodating via WhatsApp as my number did not work internationally. Everything was smooth, and I would stay for longer in the future as it is a full apartment

Very good stay and clean

La experiencia fue muy buena. Excelente ubicación, departamento muy lindo y cómodo, el auto queda seguro, el barrio se ve muy tranquilo. Está cerca de los malls. Solo agregaria un tv smart en el departamento porque el que habia tenia sólo tv por cable y tenia muy mala señal.

Too much traffic noise through the night. Couldn’t sleep because of that.
