Nice room. Lots of trees so it's very cool. A bit far from the old town center. But still ok if you like cycling (free bike rental available)

The place is a bit in the alley, but the owner is quite friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice, clean, big, to the city center I have to find a 15-minute grab.

The room is very nice, clean, cool and cheap

Feeling very peaceful, cool atmosphere, comfortable when staying at Coco island villa. The owner and staff are friendly and hospitable. The best fried egg dish ever eaten by me in many different 4.5-star resort hotels. Next year come back to Hoi An, will stay here longer.
