We checked in at dawn, when we arrived in the room the floor was clean, but the bed seemed to have only been tidied up not cleaned so there was blonde hair falling out meaning the sheets and blankets were not changed. When we slept our bodies itched. The toilet was full of ants and smelly. I wanted to complain and ask for the sheets and blankets to be changed but we were already exhausted arriving at dawn. Please CHANGE the sheets and blankets for every guest who checks out! For a strategic location, the rooms and other rooms are aesthetic and nice. But cleanliness is very minimal.

one of the best lodgings around 250 thousand in Medan, the location is in the city center and also the rooms are complete with glass tables, chairs, sinks, water heaters. the parking lot is also guarded and you can borrow a padlock for your motorbike. There is a smoking area and you can also use an access card to enter the room area so it's even more private. the staff is friendly and helpful.

The experience is quite comfortable here, the room is quite clean, the location is very strategic, the AC is cold, the TV is on, there are also towels and toothbrush/toothpaste, and you can drink two bottles too. The only downside is that the room is less damped, so sounds from next door or outside the room can still be heard. The AC is also a bit noisy even though it's cold, and the water heater doesn't really work. But overall it's very comfortable for a 2 night break
