Spacious and comfortable room, friendly staff, very close to Double Six Beach, only 2 minutes walk. Around there are many cafes, a large and comfortable swimming pool, quite varied food restaurants, there is Balinese nasi jinggo. FO staff is very friendly, we also got a surprise birthday arrangement in the room for my child. A little suggestion, the check-in process could be faster.

This is my second visit; The hotel is in an excellent location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The 66 Beach is just two minutes away. Large pool, quick check-in, spacious balcony room, and amiable service. Among my top picks of hotels in Bali

I am disappointed with the Grand Mercure. 1. There is no hairdryer in the room. This class of hotel does not provide a very outrageous hairdryer. 2. AC can't be turned down. 3. Breakfast is bad. Plates and glasses and others were not cleaned even though there were many empty tables. Very few staff. And all the food is gone. The glass is also not refilled. Even though this hotel has many foreign tourists, why is the service like this. 4. The room floor is slippery even though it is made of wood. Please improve again. Because as far as I know, Grand Mercure is a good hotel. Please add staff and improve again.

Berharap vibe bintang 5 berasa di hotel ini tapi ternyata ga, dari pertama datang ke hotel ini sengaja naik motor sih karena lokasinya kan lumayan riweh ya kalau naik mobil dan aku dapat perlakuan yang menurut ku sedikit tidak ramah dari security (maybe karena aku naik motor) dan bener-bener ga da senyumnya 😮 ‍ 💨 setelah itu pada saat menuju lobby hotel di tahan lagi oleh security yang stand by di area motor dan di mintain KTP (mungkin di pikir aku vendor or supplier) sampe aku dengan nada agak sedikit menekan bilang, "Saya mau check in", langsung dia berubah sikapnya. Untuk FO ga da masalah sih standard tapi ya ga da special-special nya 😅, untuk breakfast agak sedikit kecewa ya ekspetasi bintang 5 ternyata tampilan breakfast ga jauh dari bintang 4 (maaf).
