I booked via apps, when I arrived I was given a room with a bottle, when I asked to move I was given a room with a leaking AC, the staff had no initiative, when I asked to change rooms they moved to clean another new room. Does that mean there was an empty room? They just didn't bother cleaning it. They even blamed me for booking at night, it's strange, even though it's not the first or second time I've been here, but over time the service has gotten worse.

Dirty/used room, clogged toilet.

Even though the room is cheap, at least please take care of the cleanliness and pay attention to the pillow cases and bed sheets, they smell really bad.

The facilities are bad, really disappointing.

Staff not friendly. Lots of rubbish under the mattress. The mattress sheets were not clean, there were still lots of stains.

Dirty accommodation, please clean the blankets and mattress sheets after being used by other guests.

The room is really ugly. The pillow case is really dirty, aka super itchy. AC not cold. So bad is oni RedDoorz.
