I booked via apps, when I arrived I was given a room with a bottle, when I asked to move I was given a room with a leaking AC, the staff had no initiative, when I asked to change rooms they moved to clean another new room. Does that mean there was an empty room? They just didn't bother cleaning it. They even blamed me for booking at night, it's strange, even though it's not the first or second time I've been here, but over time the service has gotten worse.
