The bathroom is a bit small, the bed is squeaky and of poor quality. The person next to me turned around and the bed swayed a few times.

I'm on the 3rd floor. The room has a lot of terrible mosquitoes :( I asked to change rooms but the receptionist didn't let me. I stayed for 2 nights but couldn't sleep because of the mosquitoes.

The hotel is located in the lane, so the entrance and garage are quite tight for a car. The room is clean and equipped with enough tools. The bathroom is relatively small.

The room is ok, the room is clean. The bathroom glass door is stained, the dirt is quite visible but overall it's ok, not too much of an impact. About the room space, the bed is ok, no problem.

The hotel is as pictured, clean, beautiful, new, the room smells good. I was very satisfied with the experience at Granda. If I have the chance, I will come back next time 😘. 9.5 points/10 points.

Booked a lake view room but when checking in, I saw a different room so I had to go down to ask the receptionist, then I found out that there was another guest so they let someone else in.

The hospital and cleaning lady are lovely, the room is clean and fully equipped (If there was a mirror in the room, it would be better)

The receptionist's work is very boring and unprofessional. I reported to issue the invoice on the same day but they still didn't know, they said I could check out the next day. The next day, someone else said it wasn't possible. I lost all the money I paid to the company. Unprofessional business practice.

I was really surprised with the hotel room. Quite spacious and comfortable, with kitchen. The room smells pleasant. But when I checked in and went to the first room, it had not been cleaned. The support staff changed to another room that had been cleaned but there was still trash. The rest are quite ok and worth a try ❣️

Phòng có giường ở giữa phòng thì khá ok còn phòng ít tiền nhất đặt giường ở góc nhà nhìn rất kém thẩm mỹ. Nhà tắm vào vẫn còn tóc. Điểm cộng là good location đi lại ăn uống tiện lợi. Nhìn chung ok so với giá tiền

Phòng mình ở ống thông nước ở bồn rửa mặt bị vỡ nên lúc xả nước dòng nước ở đường ống bị chảy ra khá nhiều. Điều hoà chế độ sưởi hoạt động không tốt. Cách âm kém. Còn lại mọi thứ đều rất tuyệt vời. View hồ đẹp hơn mình nghĩ, dịch vụ tốt. Phòng sạch, đẹp. Chỉ cần cải thiện cơ sở vật chất một chút là ổn. Ở bên ngoài phòng khách ở các phòng khách sạn có thể tham khảo lắp thêm một chiếc gương nữa ngoài gương trong nhà vệ sinh. Có dịp mình sẽ quay lại.

Mình ở lại Granda 3 đêm. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, có một số đồ nấu bếp cơ bản, tủ lạnh và dịch vụ giặt miễn phí. Chợ dân sinh ở ngay bên cạnh hotel nên rất tiện nếu muốn tự nấu đồ ăn. Thích nhất là nhân viên đến bác bảo vệ đều rất thân thiện, niềm nở và nhiệt tình. Giá cả thuê phòng cũng phải chăng. Quên không chụp lại hình phòng, nhưng phòng y hệt ảnh quảng cáo, mình ưng ý với dịch vụ của Granda lắm. Vị trí của khách sạn cũng rất thuận lợi để di chuyển đi những nơi khác thăm quan, view hồ đẹp miễn chê. Chắc chắn lần sau ghé chơi Hà Nội sẽ lại book phòng ở Granda.

It's worth experiencing, everyone

I went alone so I booked a small room, but when I checked in, the staff helped me change to a larger room because my room had not been cleaned. The room is quite spacious, really comfortable, has the necessary kitchen utensils, the location is right in front of a very beautiful lake, surrounded by a village, in general it's a bit far from the center but it's worth the experience.

Returning to the hotel after 10pm, the security guard said to stay outside next time. Must arrive before 10pm to have a place to park a motorbike.
