The room was nice and spacious, and the bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast was okay, but not served on time, perhaps because not many guests booked rooms with breakfast included, but it's okay, takeout is allowed. The service was satisfactory; yesterday I booked on the wrong date and was able to reschedule. There is a shuttle to the airport, but it costs 100,000 Rupiah one way.

The hotel is strategically located near Soetta Airport. It's located inside a CBD shophouse. So far, it's still relatively new with a unique and fresh interior. Even though it's a 2-star hotel, it's commendable that the deluxe rooms have a Smart TV, and it's a big one. There's also a refrigerator and water heater in the room. Breakfast is apparently a la carte, meaning you order from the menu at the restaurant (a bar that's been converted into a restaurant). The menu is decent, but you have to wait for it to be fried/made. The taste isn't bad, but in terms of time, it's not worth it. There are several things I'd criticize here: because it's inside a shophouse, parking or picking up and dropping off the go-karts takes a long time, so you have to pay for parking (10 minutes if I'm not mistaken); the Wi-Fi and hot water are unstable (sometimes smooth, sometimes really slow), and one of the most important things is that there are lots of small cockroaches in the room, which automatically makes me feel uncomfortable. Please maintain the cleanliness.

The hotel staff was very friendly; we checked in at 11 PM and still received excellent service. There's an Alfamart right next to the hotel. There's a 40-inch smart TV, though. The coffee shop is a bit lacking, and there's no hot water when I tried to take a shower.

A short layover to unwind from an international flight back home ended up even more tired and dizzy, unable to sleep due to the noisy water flowing through the walls. I asked to move rooms so I could get a good night's sleep, but they told me I couldn't because the other rooms were the same, meaning management was aware of the problem. This isn't a 200-300 hotel. I paid 600 for the comfort I should have received.

This hotel is amazing, as far as my experience so far. The main thing is the service from the staff. Although still young but friendly, professional, and not opportunistic. I say that because the receptionist and restaurant staff gave us the option of afternoon meals/snacks when they found out we would check out at 4/5 am, where we had booked a room + breakfast. In my experience, usually, hotels do not give the option of changing breakfast even though they have paid for a room + breakfast. The location is quite quiet and clean. The condition of the room and hotel is clean and tidy. But unfortunately, the possibility of coming back here is small. Because the position of the toilet is facing away from the Qibla (exactly in line with the Qibla). I was in 305.
