Stayed in room 302, the toilet was clogged, reported to the officer, he said "oh room 302 is slow to drain the water", we asked to move rooms, then he said "tomorrow if you want to move rooms", because it was already night, 23.30 and we were tired because we just got back to the hotel, so whatever, we were forced to just close the toilet cover and hope we didn't have a stomachache again. I didn't upload a photo, because there was no way we could take a picture of the floating ta* in the toilet.

Staying here is comfortable, the only thing lacking is a place to charge your phone. Because it is integrated with the plug on the TV. And the bathroom shower has a bit of water. Otherwise it's ok.

There are some staff who are very unfriendly, the service seems to not respect the custom, but that's just one person, the other staff are very friendly. For the room and others according to the price.

The place is comfortable, fresh and not humid 👏🏻💯.

Kasur sudah waktunya diganti sudah kempes. Dah itu aja yang lain lumayan untuk harga segitu.

Kamarnya luas sih tapi tangga menuju kamar terlalu bikin capek. Kamar mandinya sering ada ulat dan bau kamar mandinya sering menguap. Air di kamar mandi kecil.

Tidak adanya pemberitahuan tentang syarat penambahan extra bed jika lebih dari 1 anak.

Saya menikmati pengalaman menginap di sini, dekat dengan jalan raya dan akses lrt palembang, kamar yang nyaman dan ok buat solo trip.

Minus air closet kecil perlu berkali² buat nyiram, air shower kurang deras. Tidak ada colokan buat charger, naik lantai 3 pake tangga². Yang lain oke.

Kamarnya nyaman dan tenang. Hanya kondisi air yang kurang, karena tidak ada tombol air panas. Dan harus memesan untuk airnya dimasak. Posisi kran air juga sangat kecil sehingga menunggu lama untuk mandi.
