Bad AC. Asked to check but found no results. Asked to move rooms but was told full.

Asked for twin but got 1 big bed, if there is no twin, don't sell a room with twin beds. The AC is hot, it can't withstand the hot weather of West Surabaya. Then what is the difference between premium and regular?

Friendly staff, extra pillow req turned out not to be charged. There is fast laundry 10k/kg. Clean & cheap too.

Ruangan nya bersih, lokasi dekat alfa, staff ramah, hanya kurang di AC nya saja sedikit kurang dingin. Tapi overall oke dg harga terjangkau.

Kemarin karena rumah saya sedang ada perbaikan yang cukup urgent maka saya memutuskan menginap di sini, kebetulan posisinya ada di wilayah Northwest Citraland sama dengan Aeea tempat tinggal saya, persis di sebelahnya ada Alfamidi baru yang jam buka nya dari pukul 06.00 sampai 02.00 dinihari.
