There is staff. At the beginning of check-in I asked for help to be taken to the room, but the staff refused & there was a blood stain on the sheet. I asked to be replaced but there were many excuses until finally I brought the sheet & replaced it myself. I was disappointed.

The room and bathroom are full of cockroaches. Room repairs are done at night. Makes it hard to sleep.

there are small cockroaches in the room, until my friend can't sleep, the room walls need to be repainted so that they look clean, actually the room is just right, clean towels, clean blankets and pillow cases, clean floors, the bathroom needs to be brushed or use vixal so that it looks clean again, and the food turns out to be box rice and all the flour chicken wings, not very tasty, and the soup/stir-fried vegetables are not suitable... that's all the suggestions and criticisms, hopefully it can be more positive input and the hotel hopefully prioritizes the cleanliness of the stairs and walls

The place is clean, for those who want to graduate at UT Pondok Cabe, the distance is about 10 minutes, close. Highly recommended, the staff is friendly, close if you want to go anywhere, check in / out is easy, open 24 hours ☝️👍👍👍👍👍👍

The room is quite spacious but when you enter it smells of cigarettes, and the water from the shower is small. The bathroom is quite clean and has hot water although there are small cockroaches.

Got it in room 304 on the 3rd floor, so far for a two night stay it's not bad, the AC takes a long time to cool, just suggest repairing the bathroom door + adding air freshener

Choose a room that is not at the front. Comfortable enough to rest, not noisy.

Sudah beberapa kali menginap di sini. Kamar yang di tengah enak, tapi yang dipinggir jalan, tolong tirai diganti, jangan roller blind, karena ada celah-celah. Lain kali akan tetap menginap di sini, karena memang nyaman.
