A beautifully renovated hotel and property; all of the staff were wonderful and made us very welcome. The views really are stunning and the terraced hotel takes full advantage at every floor of that view! It was the end of the season and so things were winding down which resulted in a few of the menu items being unavailable or missing a main ingredient —like a Niçoise salad without the listed tuna—or no available basil. These are quibbles though on what is a quiet peaceful retreat from what can be a pretty high energy environment in Amalfi even in October! The road is not for the faint of heart, but totally worth it for the views and tranquility. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

A truly wonderful property. It is new, well maintained with plenty of facilities, including outdoor and indoor pools. The only negative which is not the hotel’s fault the transportation. A 20-min ride to and from Amalfi will cost you 100 euros each way.

The property was a bit off the beaten path if you wanted to see the other Amalfi Coast towns...

Amazing stay at the property. Service at the poolside was so attentive and much better than other hotels we stayed at. All the staff so friendly, especially at breakfast also. We hope to come back next year.

This hotel was without a doubt the highlight of our 2024 european holiday. This hotel had some of the best service i have ever had in particular one waiter Francesco, he was absolutely amazing and made our stay seem so much more personal. The hotel facilities are absolutely flawless, clean, well maintained and beautiful. So much so that we only left the hotel once to explore amalfi town. then sat by the pool and relaxed for the rest of our stay.

This property is truly magnificent! Considering that a lot of hotels, especially the Amalfi coast tend to be a little on the outdated side. This one definitely takes the cake in making you feel like you are in a five star resort. We arrived at the hotel around 10 AM because we had an early flight and Roberta Was the most accommodating person we have encountered. You can tell she definitely loves her job. She services you with a smile and extreme professionalism. Our reservation had three rooms and she knew we were jetlagged and she tried to get us in as soon as possible. The food is incredible. The rooms are clean and modern, but the best part is the pools. They have the most majestic view. The hotel is, a little far from the town of Amalfi and Positano however, the hotel does provide a shuttle and during the times that they don’t have one they taxis for you and you were able to charge your room for these. The only downside, but I think this is in general every hotel I’ve encountered in Italy is that the AC tends to not be as powerful as it is here in the US and I think for electricity conservation they kind of always shut off around 2 AM . Other than that It is the best hotel! We will definitely be back!

Super peaceful, amazing views. Loved the pool. Dining was fabulous. Air conditioning worked great. Steps down to the Furore Fjord were adjacent to the hotel and a fun walk (and amazing beach).

Beautiful new property in the area near Almafi village. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the employees are exceptionally welcoming and happy to engage with hotel guests. Truly a 5* experience in an area not really used to this caliber of property. This is more a contemporary super luxury resort than the family run luxury hotels one might find in nearby Positano or Ravello (where rooms are smaller and buildings are obviously more dated). The hotel was very quiet during our stay which was a plus to us but perhaps indicates it is not yet drawing a lot of crowds. The only downside is the location. It is a bit remote and you need a 20 minute transfer to go to Almafi town. From there you can take a ferry to most villages up and down the coast. Overall we were very satisfied and I recommend all the employees there that made our stay memorable.

Furore Grand Hotel is an absolutely gorgeous and quiet new luxury hotel on the Amalfi Coast. It was the perfect escape from more known (but crowded) towns like Positano and Amalfi and was the highlight of our first trip to this beautiful area of Italy. The 5-star hospitality experience of the dining and bar management was consistently visible in all our interactions with them. They are a huge asset to the FGH team!

The air conditioner was not working. Person came to fix it said it was fixed and left when he didn’t do anything. Towel warmer was not working. Requested feather pillows and were given hard foam pillows. Dog barking across the street at night. Woke up to ants all over the room. Mgmt offered to change our room for the second night stay but we decided to check out in the morning one day early. GM refused to refund us our money for the night we checked out basically stealing $1,100. Expedia tried to get them to process one night refund but they refused. The hotel was not near maximum capacity. They are thiefs! There are plenty of other hotels that are much more accommodating and honest

Exceptional stay at newly-constructed 5 star hotel. Common areas, pools and rooms all elegantly and simply designed and furnished. Stunning views over Amalfi coast. Attentive, friendly staff and 5 star service all around. Only caution is that location high above Amalfi necessitates use of expensive taxis. Hotel provides a few shuttle runs per day but should increase shuttle availability.

Definitely a wonderful hotel, a bit far from the nearby attraction cities of Amalfi/Positano, etc... and only available with expensive car services ($150 each way). If you're planning on staying on property, the hotel is fantastic. New property that will only get better as they continue to train staff.

5 star hotel at its best. Amazing hotel, amazing views. Food was good. Upgraded us as it was our honeymoon. Our room had a balcony overlooking the water and the main pool. Drinks were great. Breakfast was included was delicious. Room service is top notch. They have pretty good free transportation options to go Positano and Amalfi town I hope they just add some later return times to the schedule.
